XTF / Annual competition framework

Four seasons. Three regions.

The framework creates a clear publishing rhythm without inventing dates. A calendar cell becomes active only when the organizer confirms the event, venue and release status.

Season × region matrix

One framework, twelve possible stages.

Asia-Pacific, Greater China and the Greater Bay Area can each host Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter activities. Confirmed events link to a full news record and project archive.
